*Measuring Tip: If your ankle is currently swollen due to injury you may measure your other ankle or use the average size of both of your ankles for accurate size measurement.

*Measuring Tip: If you have a ruler or measuring stick available you may wrap a string around the area to be measured, then measure the appropriate portion of the string with a ruler or measuring stick. (A cord or necklace may also be used.)
